I don’t know about you guys, but I live by the motto health is wealth!
Health is something that’s always been important to me, from exercise to nutrition, to meditation and just being self-aware.
I’m no nutritionist but I feel exercise is 30% while eating healthy and properly consumes 70%.
I’m currently intermittent fasting and am doing the 16 to 8 method. This means I fast for 16 hours and end eating at 8pm. I’ll typically break my fast at 11:30-12 (got to do what feels right for your body). By this time- I’m at work and I’ll have what I like to call a banana blitz smoothie!
A lot of my friends have been asking for the recipe so I thought, "what better way than to share with the world?"
Spinach (use as much as you want)
1 cup Almond Milk
1 tsp of Agave Syrup (not shown)
1 scoop of Almond Butter
1 scoop of Juice Plus Vanilla Powder
