About My Generation
All too often we hear people complain that the world is corrupted, that our youth is no longer level-headed, that all of our "family values" and morals have been tossed out the window.
But we seem to sometimes forget that these people are the ones that are going to save lives and change the world.
Love and acceptance is found now more than ever whereas, a few decades ago, the color of your skin could heavily determine what your future would be. Nowadays, even if prejudi

Out and About in Bucks!!!
I recently went to Bucks County, PA on a field trip with the performing arts program. Because we were out and about in this cool town, I used my Henri Bendel nylon black backpack and wore all black topped with a black Patagonia sweatshirt for extra warmth and layering under my matching jacket. Since it was bitter and rainy, instead of focusing on my hair I focused mainly on makeup. I followed the Marla Catherine glow makeup routine which consisted of Nars tinted moisturizer,

Social Media Hiatus
So this is a little late but I gave up Instagram and Snapchat for lent. Lent is a forty day fasting from anything you choose to give up. My friend, Lilliana, gave up all types of chips because she would have it everyday, all day. Like if she had the option to live off of chips and water, she would in a heartbeat. I gave up Instagram and Snap because those were the two apps that I would wake up and go to sleep checking. So starting February 14 until April 1st, I was not up to

Ladies, Serve Looks and your Community
It is not the clothes that have the ability to change the world, rather it is the woman who wears them. In this day and age, the fashion industry is growing and has no qualms to slow down. In our society enamored with glamour, making sustainable choices and looking chic are not mutually exclusive and they don’t have to be. Our babes here at Free To Dream love an empowered woman who seeks to empower the world- and we believe she deserves to look good and feel good while doing

What's on the Wall
It’s been three years since I changed my wall decorations. The last time is when I was a freshman in senior high school and that was the first time I started drawing often. I wasn’t that “artsy” person back then, but I always have eyes on art and entertainment. The reason why I wanted to continue drawing was to go with the flow. I loved and still in love with the vibes that other people give when they practice their drawing and how passionate they are. I always fall for peop

The Lost "Female Gaze"
Our society has made major steps towards gender equality within the past few decades, from the Women’s Suffrage Movement in the 1840s to the US prohibiting sex-based wage discrimination in 2009. However, with Greta Gerwig recently becoming the fifth woman in history to be nominated by the Academy Awards for Best Director, further attention has been brought to the issue of inequality within the film industry. While the rights of men and women may appear entirely equal on paper

April Favorites!
Camo has been making a reoccurring appearance at my high school, so I decided to try them out. Let’s just say, I am OBSESSED! On the left, you can see the orange camo high waisted joggers that I first purchased from missguided. I decided to pair them with a grey crop top and beige adidas sneakers (not shown). So comfortable and so cute. On the right I am wearing grey camo sweatpants with a waist tie from Lucki Clover in Red Bank, New Jersey. They could not be more comfortable
