Gabby's Kitchen!
I don’t know about you guys, but I live by the motto health is wealth! Health is something that’s always been important to me, from exercise to nutrition, to meditation and just being self-aware. I’m no nutritionist but I feel exercise is 30% while eating healthy and properly consumes 70%. I’m currently intermittent fasting and am doing the 16 to 8 method. This means I fast for 16 hours and end eating at 8pm. I’ll typically break my fast at 11:30-12 (got to do what feels righ

Spring Break OOTD
With April right around the corner, I decided to put together a bright yellow top from Forever 21 with my favorite mom jeans from American Eagle topped off with a pair of checkered vans. Maya Aristimuno Photography "Why is violence still happening?" "This is our time to stand up", say multiple students who are marching and protesting outside on a frigid March day in Montclair, NJ. In the United States, there is a very clear gun culture that has been happening since forever. The strong kids who are watching their peers being killed are standing up. “Politicians who sit in their gilded House and Senate seats funded by the NRA telling us nothing could have ever

A Love Letter to New York
Video Created by Caitlyn Phu I had recently spent a week in the heart of New York City-- a change of pace from my life in Southern California. Well, that is an understatement. My arrival was greeted with flooding noises of honking and shouting, the heavy scent of halal carts, and 40 degree weather, which, I feel compelled to note, is 20 degrees less than what we would consider “cold” where I live. And, when I say that my trip to New York City was a “change of pace”, I mean th

Bella's OOTD
I was invited to my first true high school party in January for an old friend’s surprise birthday celebration. As I am sure teens know, the usual uniform for a party is strictly tight revealing tops and short skirts or pants. I was not comfortable dressing like a 25 year old so to be comfortable in my own skin, I combined my every day style of mom jeans and vans and combined it with an on trend mesh top with a white slip underneath. I got many compliments which boosted my sel

TBH...Go CPH
Have you ever wanted to just get away from the everyday hustle or your regular social norms? It seems strenuous now, but do it and don’t look back. Stream cheap-o-air, find your ideal flight, and honestly - worry about the money later. At the end of the day, everything will fall into place. I took the plunge back in November and here I am, trying to make it in one of my new favorite Scandinavian cities, Copenhagen - or as the locals call it, København, for the next four days.
